Dawna Phillips

Research Associate

Dawna Phillips, M.P.H. is a Research Associate who works on special projects at the Evaluation Center @HSRI. Currently, she manages the Topical Evaluation Networks Program with a specific emphasis as the listserv administrator. Ms. Phillips holds a Masters of Public Health from the University of Minnesota.
